Custom Cutters is proud to be known as a one-stop shop. Offering our customers precise replications over and over is very important to us. We are pleased to supply the following fabrication capabilities to our customers:
Bending/Forming
Precision at its finest! Custom Cutters offers CNC controlled bending on a 188-ton metal break. The machine is capable of bending 10’ of ¼” material and up to 5’ of ½” materials. We understand that precision on the last part is just as important as the first. Since the machine is CNC controlled, it allows for minimal error in the bending process.
Welding
Our certified welders are capable of TIG, MIG, and stick welding virtually any material. MIG welding produces a clean weld with very little spatter and can be used on a wide variety of metals and alloys. With TIG welding, one can perform a variety of weld types on several different metals usually using a filler rod made of the same material. Whether you have a large project, numerous projects, or just a single personal one, we are certain you will be pleased with the work our employees provide.
Shearing
Our in-house shear is capable of cutting up to 10’ of ½” thick aluminum and steel and ¼” thick stainless. We make sure the accuracy of the shear is correct and hold a very scheduled service plan for all of our equipment. Offering our customers services and products that meet or exceed their requirements and expectations is our priority!
Rolling
Custom Cutters is capable of rolling up to 5’ of ¼” stainless steel or aluminum and 2’ of ½”. We can roll diameters from 10” and up. Again, since our machinery is CNC controlled, we are able to offer our customers the same result over and over again.
Saw Cutting
Currently we offer in-house saw cutting of all materials up to 17” wide and 8” tall. Our largest saw has a rotating head that allows for cutting all possible angles. The saws are also on our regular service schedule, which allows for precise cutting and preferred edge quality every time.
Hole Punching / Notching
Our in shop hole punch/ notcher is capable of handling material up to 3/8″ thick and holes 1″ in diameter. Thicker material and larger holes can be handled by WaterJet cutting.
Machining
We offer custom machining capabilities with our in-house lathes, drill presses, and milling machines. Items can be created and finished to your exact specifications and tolerances.
